Our Physical Education Department commits to teaching students about lifelong personal fitness and health, both physically and mentally. We offer classes from grades 8 to 12, and feature specialty senior courses such as Get Fit and Strength and Conditioning. In our courses, students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of physical activities such as basketball, soccer, volleyball, wrestling, badminton, dance, rugby, football, tennis, yoga, aerobics and weight training. The department also takes pride in offering CPR training for our grade 10 students and St. John Ambulance First Aid training for our senior classes.
